This is the Privacy Policy for the digital marketing dashboard application (hereafter, “Platform”) administered by Talk Liberation ehf. (hereafter, “Talk Liberation”) with intellectual property owned by Talk Liberation Limited. In this document, “we”, “our”, and “us” refers to Talk Liberation and its administration of the Platform and related services.
The Talk Liberation team upholds strict internal policies against unauthorised disclosure or use of personal information. We, at all times and wherever possible, seek to actively avoid the collection of personal information. Where no other alternative exists, we utilise some third party services who may have differing practices and standards. Further details are below. When you engage those third-party services you become subject to their privacy policies rather than ours.

Lnqk Me Links and QR Codes
Lnqk Me does not collect personally-identifiable information (PII). When a customer provides Lnqk Me with a link, the service saves the scrubbed URL, a timestamp, and relevant information required to provide digital marketing tools such as QR codes and PDF reports. When a user visits a Lnqk Me link or scans a QR code, the Platform stores a counter for the number of visits to that URL, as well as private audience metrics that do not personally identify individuals. These metrics are recorded via GDPR-compliant software in an anonymous cryptographic format and are utilised to give high-level insights that respect user privacy to Lnqk Me customers. A client- side session token is generated to provide security for the system, such as limiting the number of visitor submissions, and this is never recorded by the server. Customers of the Lnqk Me service agree to the Terms of Service.
Customer Information
- All information related to purchases and customer logins is handled through a secure connection.
- Talk Liberation does not store credit card numbers or payment information on our servers.
- Talk Liberation staff uphold strict internal policies against unauthorised disclosure or use of personal information. We will never share your information with parties outside our organisation unless we have explicitly made you aware that we may do so, and under what circumstances, before you give it to us.
Payment Processing
We use ancillary services for payment processing, which requires sharing the transaction information over a secure connection, under legal agreement that appropriately controls its use and retention. We may establish similar arrangements with other service providers, but always use privacy and security as key criteria when selecting them, and we do not share any more data than necessary for those providers to perform their duties.
When you voluntarily provide us with personal information such as name, billing address, and credit card number when registering your Lnqk Me account online, we use the information to fulfil your order. We may forward the information collected to [payment provider name and link], a payment processor, or its associated merchant bank for the sole purpose of verifying the information and to submit payment for the donation or services provided. Contact Information
Contact information is requested at the time of purchase. This information is used to verify the initial credit card / payment method transaction. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties or shared without active opt-in consent. Talk Liberation may use these lists to send notifications, updates, and summaries pertaining to Lnqk Me. Customers can opt out of all contact during the checkout process, via account settings in the Lnqk Me application, and by emailing privacy@talkliberation.com We hate spam as much as you do and are compliant with CAN-SPAM Act regulations.
Information collected via email may be retained at our discretion in readable form for as long as necessary to complete our responsibilities to you. The email itself may be retained in an archival form, but not for longer than is necessary to facilitate transactions or support or as required under applicable law (in the event of a legal dispute). At no time is the information provided in email form distributed or sold for any reason.

Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and without notice. However, we do elect to notify our community via our social media channels whenever this notice is modified. Should the changes affect processing activities performed on the basis of a user and/or customer consent, we will collect new consent from these individuals, when required.
